Hope Bridge Education Charitable Trust relies on the generosity of our donors to fund our grassroots projects in education and community welfare. We maintain a strict policy regarding the refunds of donations to ensure our funds are utilized effectively for our charitable objectives.

1. General Policy
All donations made through our website are considered final and non-refundable. By making a donation, you acknowledge that you are making a voluntary and non-refundable contribution to Hope Bridge Education Charitable Trust.

2. Exceptional Circumstances (Technical Errors)
We understand that errors can occasionally happen. We will consider a refund request only in the event of a proven technical error, which includes:

• A duplicate transaction where your account was charged more than once for the same donation.
• An unintended amount being processed due to a system glitch (e.g., accidentally typing ₹50,000 instead of ₹5,000).

3. How to Request a Refund
If you experience a technical error as described above, you must submit a refund request within 7 days of the transaction date. Please email us at info@hopebridgecharitable.org with the following details:

• Full Name of the donor
• Date of the transaction
• Donation amount
• Payment method used
• Transaction ID or reference number
• A brief explanation of the error

4. Processing the Refund
Once we receive your request, our team will investigate the transaction with our payment gateway. If a technical error is confirmed, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method used for the donation. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement.

5. Cancellations
As we are a charitable trust and do not offer physical products or shipped goods, standard order cancellations do not apply. For any recurring monthly donations set up via our platform, you may cancel future automated deductions at any time by contacting us at info@hopebridgecharitable.org. Once a cancellation request is received, no further deductions will be made, but previously processed donations remain non-refundable.
